Do you ship discreetly?
We ship in plain, unmarked boxes with just a return address.
 

Can you e-mail me when you receive my payment in the mail?
Yes. If you go through the checkout process online and choose the Check/Money Order option and include the order # with your payment, you will automatically receive an e-mail when we receive the payment and ship the product (usually the same day).
 

Will I have to sign for my package.
As long as they have a safe place to leave the package, they shouldn't require a signature on all normal orders. Toads do require a signature, though.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes.


I'm not getting the automated emails you send. Why?
If you're not getting the automated e-mails, you will need to edit your e-mail settings.  For AOL:
To check the Mail Controls:
1. Go to AOL Keyword: Mail and Spam Controls.
2. Click the Controls For: drop-down menu to open it, choose the screen name that you wish to adjust from the list, then click it. For screen names on a General Access category, you can only adjust the Mail Controls for that name itself.
3. Next to Sender Filter, click the Edit link.
4. Click Allow Mail From Sender.
5. add orders@bouncingbearbotanicals.com
6. Click the Save button.
7. Request your password again and it should go through fine.

Or you might have to set up the filter to allow mail from a specific e-mail. If that's the case, add orders@bouncingbearbotanicals.com to that list.



Do you take PayPal?
Sorry. We can't take PayPal. They've closed several of our accounts for lots of B.S. reasons. The last one was for selling non-FDA approved herbs. Sorry. You can read the beginning of our fun with them at  http://www.bouncingbearbotanicals.com/paypal_warning.htm

Do you accept credit cards from outside the U.S.
We can take them. We just need a copy of the card on file for our card processor. If you can e-mail or fax a picture of the card to me, I can go ahead and get your account set up to use cards. Sorry for the trouble.


When do you ship the orders?
Most orders are shipped within one business day. Orders placed before noon are generally shipped the same day, so most orders are delivered within 4 business days in the U.S. Live Plants and Bufo alvarius (which we guarantee live, healthy delivery for) ship out on Monday's and Tuesday's only.


Do you guarantee your products?
We do guarantee the quality and satisfaction of all our products. If you're not pleased for any reason, return it for a full refund. No questions asked.


Why was Salvia shipped separately? 
If you received just the Salvia from your order or everything except the Salvia, that's because we had to move the Salvia portion of the business to Arizona after Kansas made it illegal. The rest of your order will be arriving shortly--usually within 1 day.


What is the difference between standardized and non-standardized extracts?
The difference between the standardized and non-standardized extracts is that the standardized extracts have an exact amount of Salvinorin A put back on the leaf, while the non-standardized can fluctuate a bit. They're both good quality. The standardized is just EXACTLY the same every time. For the money, the non-standardized is the better value. Smaller companies make their extracts in small quantities and can therefore have more peaks and valleys. Ours is made by the kilo, so the peaks and valleys are flattened out.
